Rati Agnihotri (born 10 December 1960) is an Indian actress, known for acting in Hindi, as well as in Telugu and Tamil language films.
Her roles in the cult-tragedy filmEk Duuje Ke Liye (1981) and the drama filmTawaif (1985) earned her two nominations for the Filmfare Award for Best Actress.

Agnihotri was born on 10 December 1960 in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, in "a conservative Punjabi family."[1]
Film career
She began modelling at the age of ten.[2] Agnihotri's first film roles were in the Tamil language films Puthiya Vaarpugal and Niram Maaratha Pookkal (1979).[3]
