The Canadian power trio who made up Rush easily checked all of those boxes. Over the span of nearly 50 years, Rush inspired one of the most devoted and vigilant fanbases in music, selling tens of millions of copies of its enveloping, '70s and '80s classics like Permanent Waves, 2112, and Hemispheres.
